Convenience store woman

Tragic and funny

Humourously and also tragically portraying Keiko, who has no apparent personality or life purpose of her own, but copies the manners and appearances of her coworkers. She doesn’t fit the standard or expectations of society, but figured out a way to fool her family and friends by becoming a perfect convenience store worker. In the end that’s not enough either. A tragically funny little book with a big message.
